1. Mobile Recharge
Processing Time:
Mobile recharges can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect on the service provider's end, even if the payment shows as cleared in the Careem app.
If Recharge Hasn’t Reflected:
- Double-check that the recipient’s mobile number is correct.
- Ensure that Careem is authorized for online transactions by your bank.
Cancellation Policy:
Once a recharge is purchased, it cannot be canceled or reversed. If you haven’t received your mobile balance after 48 hours, please contact us using the button below.
2. Bill Payments (Postpaid)
Transaction Holds:
When paying a postpaid bill with your card, Careem may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method as part of a verification process. This hold is released immediately and will not be charged to your account.
Processing Time:
The released hold may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your card or account, depending on your bank’s policy.
If Payment Hasn’t Reflected:
If your postpaid bill payment still hasn’t appeared after 48 hours, please reach out for assistance
