This lets you pay your mobile (prepaid or postpaid) bills through the Careem app.
How to use this service?
- Tap on "Careeem Pay" on top left of the screen.
- Tap on "Pay Bills".
- Choose your preferred service type.
- Enter the account number and tap on continue.
- Select your payment method.
And you're good to go!
- For prepaid numbers:
- Select the amount to recharge or choose an available data/calling bundle (if available)
- Select ‘Recharge/Pay now’
- Choose your payment method and select the payment as 'Pay'
- You will receive either a direct recharge on your number or a voucher to be redeemed on your telecom operator's app/website
2. For postpaid numbers:
- Amount due will be displayed for payment
- Select ‘Pay now’
- Choose your payment method and select payment as 'Pay’
What if I face an error?
Check the following:
- App version: Update the Careem app to be on the latest version.
- Bank issue: Careem should be authorised for online transactions.
