How do I report a safety concern?

Your safety is our top priority. If something didn’t feel right during your ride, here’s how you can report it directly through the app.

Follow these steps

For Egypt, Qatar, KSA, UAE & Bahrain:

1. Click on ‘Menu’ from the app homepage
2. Click on ‘Help’
3. Select ‘Rides’from the carousel on top
4. Choose the trip you’d like to report
5. Select ‘I want to report a safety issue’
6. Select the reason that best describes your concern and share as much detail as possible.

For all other cities:

1. Click on ‘Menu’ from the app homepage
2. Click on ‘Help’
3. Select ‘Rides’ from the carousel on top
4. Choose the trip you'd like to report
5. Click on ‘Get help with this  ride’
6. Tap ‘Other’
7. Select the reason that best describes your concern and share as much detail as possible.
