Receipts are sent via email after your ride. Ensure your email address is up to date in your account to receive it.
To obtain a copy of your receipt, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the website at www.careem.com.
- Navigate to ‘My rides’ and select ‘History.’
- Click on the ride for which you need a receipt and select 'Print receipt.'
- To export multiple receipts, select the rides you need and click on 'Download a copy' to save a .csv file.
Note:
When booking over the phone, please provide your email address to the booker to ensure you receive your receipt via email.
