How do I view my on-going and past rides?

To view your upcoming or past rides:

1. Navigate to the 'Hala Taxi' section on the app homepage.
2. Select 'Menu' and then choose 'Your rides'.
3. Your ongoing and upcoming rides will be displayed under 'Scheduled'.
4. For past rides, select 'History' to view previous rides along with dates, times, and locations.
5. To report an issue with a ride, simply select the ride and tap on 'Report a problem'.

Sharing ride tracker:

- During your Careem ride, share your real-time location with friends and family to ensure your safety.
- Once in the ride, tap on 'Share ride details' on the booking details screen.
- Choose your preferred sharing method, such as WhatsApp, from the list of options.
