Cancellation policy

For cancelling both NOW and LATER bookings, cancellation fees may apply to compensate the Captain for starting to move in your direction.

You can check the cancellation fee applicable in a city on the Careem app by following these steps:

1. Select ‘Rides’ on the app
2. Go to Menu and select ‘Help’ 
3. Scroll to the Help topics and select ‘Careem’s rates'
4. You can find the pricing and cancellation fee here for all car types and toggle between NOW and LATER rides for a specific city.
