To unlock an e-bike:
- Once you have an active pass, you can check the station nearest to you on the app
- Go to the Careem Bike station, check the e-Bike status LED to confirm availability (avoid e-Bikes with a red ring light or low battery, as its unavailable).
- Scan the QR code on the e-bike frame and wait for the app confirmation to successfully unlock.
- Remove the e-bike from the dock by lifting the seat or pulling backwards on the handlebars and you’re good to go.
