How to place a food order? – Careem

Placing an order with us is quick and simple. Here's how:

Select 'Food' on the app homepage.
Add your location to find the restaurants delivering in your area. Please note that you will only be able to see the restaurants available within the delivery radius.
Choose the restaurant from which you'd like to order.
Fill up your basket with your favourite food items.
Select your preferred payment method and apply any applicable promo codes before placing your order!
You can also track your order in real time, from the moment it's placed to the moment it arrives at your doorstep.

You will only be able to see the restaurants that are available within the delivery radius.
If your order is being delivered by the restaurant, you can contact them directly. The details of the restaurant will be available on the order screen.

We currently do not offer scheduled orders or pick-up services at this time.
