How to place a group order?

You can now place group orders by sharing a special link with your colleagues, friends, and family, allowing everyone to add their preferences and enjoy their favourite foods together with only one delivery fee!

How to place a group order?: 

1. Group owner chooses a restaurant and taps on 'Start a group order'.
2. Tap on 'Split the bill' if everybody is paying for their own order.
3. Tap on 'Share your group order' to share the link with your friends.
4. Group members receive the order group link via the platform the group owner shared it on (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
5. Group members add their names and tap on 'Join group order'.
6. Group members select the items they want and click on 'Finalise my basket' to share their order with the group owner. Members can also see others’ baskets under 'Your friends’ items'.
7. Once everyone has finalised their order, the group owner taps on 'Place order for XX' to confirm.

Notes:

• A maximum of 25 items can be ordered per group.
• Maximum cash limit for group orders is AED/SAR 300 and JOD 50.
• There will be one receipt per group order. Basket breakdowns appear under the group members' names to the group owner (host) in the "Final Split Section" while placing the order.
