Restaurants typically accept orders within 2 minutes of being placed. You can check your order status by selecting the current order displayed at the bottom of the app homepage.
If you need assistance with your order:
- Tap 'Activities.'
- Find your recent order under the 'Food' tile.
- Select the order and choose the reason of contact.
