What changes can be made to an order?
For minor updates or special instructions, you can contact the restaurant directly from the order tracking screen to see if they can assist.
Once your order is placed, we will not be able to make changes to the order from our end. This includes switching to a different restaurant. If you want to change the restaurant you ordered from, you will need to cancel your current order and place a new one.
If your order has not been assigned to a Captain yet, please be patient while we work to assign one to your order.
How to request a change in order?
Please give us a call as soon as possible by following the steps below:
- Select 'Menu' on the app homepage
- Select 'Help'
- Your recent order will be visible under 'Food' tile
- Tap on the 'Order' to Contact us
