Once an order is placed and a Captain is assigned you can track your order in real time by selecting the current order as displayed on the bottom of the homepage to see the status of your order and where the Captain is.
Order tracking:
- Tap on Food from the App homepage.
- Tap on the current order visible on the Food homepage.
- See live order updates.
Contacting the Captain:
- Tap on the 'order status'.
- Tap on the Call or WhatsApp option to get in touch with the Captain.
Note:
- If your order is being delivered by the restaurant themselves, we kindly suggest reaching out to them directly for any updates on your order.
