Once an order is placed and a Captain is assigned you can track your order in real time by selecting the current order as displayed on the bottom of the homepage to see the status of your order and where the Captain is.
Order tracking:
- Tap on the current order visible at the bottom of the App screen
- See live order updates
Contacting the Captain:
- Tap on the 'order status'
- 'Call the Captain directly' or message them on WhatsApp
Note:
- If your order is being delivered by the restaurant themselves, we kindly suggest reaching out to them directly for any updates on your order.
