You can reach out to your Captain to check the status of a delayed order. Captain details are available on the order tracking screen once a Captain is assigned.
In case your issue is not resolved you can also reach out to us easily by following the steps below:
- Open the Careem app homepage
- Select 'Help'
- Your current order will be visible under 'Help at your finger tips'
- Select 'Get help with food order' to contact us
Note that if your order is being delivered by the restaurant themselves, you need to contact them directly for order updates.
