Follow these steps:

1. Open the Careem app and click on the ‘Hala Taxi’ tile.
2. Tap ‘Activities’.
3. Under ‘Rides’, locate your upcoming Hala taxi booking and tap on it.
4. Tap ‘Cancel Ride’
