Money is usually received right away by the recipient.
If not, check the following:
- The recipient’s mobile number is correct
- Recipient is registered with Careem
- Recipient’s Careem transaction history by following the below steps:
To verify that the recipient has received the money, please request them to follow the below steps:
- Ask the recipient to select ‘Pay’ from the top-left corner of the App home screen
- Scroll down and select ‘View all’ next to ‘Transactions’
- Check if the credit is received
