We email you a receipt after every ride you take with Careem. Make sure your email address is updated in your account details.
The option to print your receipt is only available through Careem's official website. If you need to print your receipt, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to Careem's official website at www.careem.com
- Go to 'My rides' and select ‘History’.
- Click on the ride you need a receipt for and click on 'Print receipt'.
- You can also export a .csv file by selecting multiple rides and clicking on 'Download a copy'.
If you are not able to download your receipt, please reach out to our Care team here and provide details of the booking (i.e, booking reference, contact number, date and time of the booking, etc.)
Note: We currently do not have an option to download the receipt from the App.
