If you see an outstanding balance on your account, that could mean a transaction from your payment method was unsuccessful. This can happen when:
- Your chosen payment method has insufficient funds
- You gave your Captain less than the price that was owed
- A trip fare was higher than the estimated amount and we were not able to collect the difference using the payment method originally selected
- A technical issue caused a transaction to fail
When an unsuccessful transaction occurs or you have a negative balance, you may be unable to request or schedule a ride. You can top up your wallet to clear the outstanding balance.
