To return a Careem Bike, please follow the below steps:
1. Open the Careem Bike app, find the nearest station with an open dock, and go there.
2. Align the triangle on the front of the bike with the dock.
3. Insert the bike firmly into the dock, holding the handle with one hand and the seat with the other.
4. Wait for the green light and buzzer to confirm the bike is locked.
5. Pull the bike to ensure it’s secured.
6. Check the app for the trip end notification.
7. If no light or a red light appears, try again at the same or another dock.
Steps for returning a bike with a flat or low tyre:
1. Align the bike's triangle (below the basket) with the dock's slot.
2. Lift the bike holding both handles
3. Insert the bike firmly until the green light and buzzer confirm it’s locked.
4. If no empty dock is available: Do not leave the bike unattended, instead try to take the bike to a different station. If the bike is lost or stolen, a penalty of AED 3000 will apply.

Note:
- Do not return the bike to a dock with a red light, as it indicates a malfunction and can't accept bike returns.
