When does a e-bike ride start and end?
The ride starts as soon as you unlock the e-bike from the dock. The ride ends when the e-bike is docked back.
If you choose to extend the trip beyond the allowed free minutes on single trip, daily, weekly or monthly passes, standard extra time charges will apply.
How many times can I use the E-Bike?
- With an active daily and weekly pass, you can take as many rides as you like as long as each trip is less than the allowed free minutes on your pass. Thereafter, standard extra time charges will apply.
- The single trip pass includes one free 45-minute ride, then AED 10 for every extra 30 minutes apply.
- With the pay-as-you-go pass, you only pay for the time you ride, AED 1 to unlock, and then per-minute charge applies from the moment of unlock.
- The one month pass includes 90 unlocks with free 45-minute ride with each unlock, then AED 10 for every extra 30 minutes apply.
If you wish to keep it longer your options are:
- Refresh your ride by docking the e-bike and starting a new ride by unlocking the same or another e-bike on the one day, weekly and month passes.
- If you don’t want to dock the e-bike within the allowed free minutes, you will incur standard extra time charges for the additional time you keep the e-bike.
