Once you have an active pass, you can check the station with available bikes nearest to you on the app and follow the below steps:
- Either scan the QR code on the bike frame on your app OR enter the 5-digit code displayed on the app on the keypad on the dock
- A green light appears on the dock and unlocks the bike.
- Remove the bike from the dock by lifting the seat or pulling backwards on the handlebars and you’re good to go!
Before scanning, check the left side of the dock. If there's a red light, the bike is unavailable—scan another bike without a red light. After scanning the QR code, wait for the buzzer and green light to confirm your trip start, then remove the bike from the dock.
Note:
- Pulling the bike before the buzzer and green light may damage the dock and bike.
- Unlimited 45-minute trips while the subscription is active
- Extra time charges: AED 10 for each extra 30 minutes beyond the initial 45 minutes. In order to avoid the extension fare you can dock the bike at a station and unlock the same or another bike again.
