How do I unlock an e-Scooter?

To unlock an e-scooter you can follow the below steps:

1. Once you have an active pass, you can check the station nearest to you on the app
2. Go to the Careem Bike station, check the e-Scooter status LED to confirm availability (avoid e-scooters with a red ring light or low battery, as its unavailable).
3. Scan the QR code on top of the e-scooter frame and wait for the app confirmation to successfully unlock.
4.  Remove the e-scooter from the dock, slide it to gain momentum, then push the “Go” lever, the motor will power up automatically and you're ready to ride.
