What changes can be made to an order?
Only minor changes are acceptable. Changes that will impact the value of the order will not be possible after the Captain has left the outlet.
Changing address after placing an order
It is recommended that you select the correct address while placing the order, however if there is an error in your order, please reach out to us.
How to request a change in order?
Please give us a call as soon as possible by following the steps below:
- Select 'Menu' on the app homepage
- Select 'Help'
- Your recent order will be visible under 'Food' tile
- Tap on the 'Order' to Contact us

- Things that cannot be amended: pickup location/ restaurant, Items (Adding or removing items from the basket value), promo codes, payment method
